SesameBliss.com is a product website, owned and operated by Benné Foods, LLC. a New Jersey-based Limited Liability Company. This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Benné Foods, LLC. (“Company”, “us”, “we”, “our”) and You, or your assigned representatives (“you”, “your”) and is effective the date you begin using the Sesame Bliss website.

This agreement outlines our Terms of Service as it relates to the products and information we provide and outlines your responsibility to us in relation to the products you purchase. These Terms of Service apply to site visitors including, customers, users, vendors, retailers, browsers, and content contributors. By using the website and purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and are legally bound by the following Terms of Service. Online Store Terms

Products and Price Modifications

Products - We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible relative to colors, descriptions, and details on the site. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be always in stock. Products purchased through the website are not returnable. We will gladly replace lost, or products damaged during shipping. Please contact us at info@sesamebliss.com for replacement instructions.

Price Modifications – All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We serve the right to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of our products.

Purchases and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including name, email address, phone #, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Shipping and Handling will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to COVID-19, we don't accept returns on our products. However, we want you to love what you ordered, so if you're not 100% satisfied, reach out to us at info@sesamebliss.com.

If our products arrive damaged, please save your packing materials (we may ask you for a quick photo, to get reimbursed by our carrier) and reach out to us for a replacement! Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy posted on the website prior to making any purchases.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability - You agree that your use of the website or service is at your sole risk. The website and all its products and services are delivered to you as provided on an ‘as is and ‘as available basis for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement
